AVEL: Audio Visual Educational Library

AVEL (Audio Visual Educational Library) is a national network of The United Church of Canada. The AVEL West outlet in Winnipeg serves the Conferences of Manitoba & Northwestern Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Northwest, and British Columbia.

AVEL offers a wide variety of resources. Everyone in the pastoral charge is welcome to borrow. All AVEL resources have public performance rights which means you may use them for your study groups/classes.

The AVEL catalogue is online. There are a variety of ways to search – including videographies. Videographies are printable lists of selected resources on a particular topic. See the search links at the left of this page.
We are happy to provide suggestions but the catalogue is a very good place to start.
